At T.U.K. Footwear Outlet, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear back into the original T.U.K. shoe box and secure it inside a shipping polymailer or outer box to prevent damage.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
